The proposal is to delete and amend conditions of consent from D/2007/2050/B as follows: amend condition 1 to refer to the current Plan of Management; amend conditions 4(b) and 7 to allow normal trade between 3.00am and 5.00am for a further 5 year trial period; amend condition 8(c) and (e) regarding the days and times security guards are required and their responsibilities; delete condition 27(a) - (f) security requirements due to duplicate requirements; delete condition 28(f) as security CCTV to be managed by applicant; delete condition 29 as the Place of Public Entertainment licence has been repealed.
