25 Station Street, Dundas NSW 2117

Good Morning,
I am highly concerned with the development at 25 Station Street Dundas. I have lived here for 29 years, I am less than a kilometre away from Station Street.
The increase in traffic with the development of a 68 place childcare is going to cause major issues. My street will be used a though fare. Crowgey street is already a high traffic area especially during peak hour times. With more cars parking on it due to the rail development on Dudley street, it is no longer a two way street. Regularly there are near misses with on coming traffic.
Adding this extra traffic and with inadequate parking facilities will make the area unsafe and difficult to navigate.
As a result I implore you not to allow this development.

I am concerned about the size of this development. The additional cars travelling up and down Dudley and Crowgey Sts which are already congested with cars parking on these streets. Also when the Light Rail commences operation in 2024 it is likely that local streets around Station St will be congested with people wanting to park near the Dundas Light Rail station. I ask Council to consider the size of the proposed development.
