Had a look at the application form and it only states that one tree is dead (pending confirmation from an arborist/ council) but it is not clear why the other 3 trees are to be removed.
It is concerning to remove 4 trees, specially seeing the amount of applications for removals (better said killing) of trees that is being happening lately.
If the owners of this property are allowed to remove the supposed dead tree, will council ask to plant new 'x' number of native trees to combat urban heating and keep the greenery in the area?
In relation to the other 3 trees, they shouldn't be allowed to be removed given the lack of information being provided.
461A Mowbray Road West Lane Cove North NSW 2066.
