4 Double Story Dwellings on that block, the block is too small for 4 Properties, it's not appropriate planning.
What is worse is those old (20,30, 40-year-old) Olive and Fruit trees will all get ripped out and replaced by House Roofs, we are losing irreplaceable trees and green canopies.
Moreland dont allow those trees to be ripped out
