Iām hoping this means the current dwelling will be renovated and not demolished as the current dwelling has a significant heritage value and is one of the only original waterfront homes on Kogarah Bay. Plenty of white glass boxes will still be built on Kogarah Bay but there will never be a bungalow like this ever again.

This is a beautiful representation of a californian bungalow. It is a significant home of its era and should be preserved . Whilst I am not against the home being updated internally to fit with modern lifestyle I think the outside needs to be preserved as this type of significant home style is being lost to overdevelopment and no consideration for our area's heritage.
