Could you please advise of the operating hours for these premises.

Buyers into Parq on Flinders were told that all commercial suites would only operate
9 to 5 (approx).
We have no objection to the liquor licence provided these hours are adhered to.

Living on the ground floor I can hear alot of sounds travelling through the roof of the commercial suites below, I am concerned with the sound volume this may produce during operation, what will be put in place to rectify this issue.

I object to this. Given the accommodation at 75 Keira St and the Offen antisocial behaviour that goes on and undesirable people hanging out the front of 75 Keira St. We already have enough problem with them out there, drinking on the street and the police coming all the time. I don’t think it’s appropriate at all under a residential building, particularly when so many apartments are very close to the commercial space.

I believe this is a great opportunity and have no objections other that closing prior to 12 pm on friday/ saturdays and a reasonable time eg 9pm sunday to thursday. It will be great for many of the residents to catch up at a bar and socialise. As long as it isnt going to disturb sleep for families and workers I think its a great assett to the building

I would not be in agreeance to an unlimited liquor license downstairs. Maybe a well managed / timed liquor license to include Lunch, Brunch and afternoon's would be the best case for this site. Unfortunately we have residencies on low floors with Eastern facing balconies that would hear every bit of noise from the cafe trade, this makes it imperative to manage this with a strict timed liquor license. We need to realise that these units are FULL residential and needs to managed appropriately. Good Luck to the new owners, I will be a supporter of their business. :)

I object to the hours of the licence. I live on the lower floors just above the proposed bar and the sound travels from below and from people on the street.
I would not be comfortable with the bar operating until midnight.

I object to the proposed opening hours set out in the licence application.

This is a densley populated residential complex of 3 buildings, a further 3 apartment buildings are on the same block.

The opening hours would not be in line with the expectations of "strata living" and potentially create noise or nuisances at unreasonable hours. This would be a breach of by laws that all residents, tenants and visitors must follow.

I do not object to the cafe nor the liquor license. I do object to the liquor license hours extending till 12am. The extended opening hours is not reasonable considering location in a residential complex.

The opening hours would potentially create noise or nuisances at unreasonable hours.

I object to the proposed opening hours set out in the licence application. Owners of units in 'Parq on Flinders' were advised that the commercial suites would operate in usual business hours. I do not have any objection to a cafe/restaurant/bakery or the liquor licence, provided business hours are adhered to. The opening hours nominated in the application (until 12.00am) would not be in line with the expectations of 'strata living' and potentially create noise or nuisances at unreasonable hours. This would be a breach of by laws that all residents, tenants and visitors must follow.
