This location is already over populated with the 5 high rise buildings adjacent. Plus there is another D/A in Shirley St which is also close by. Together these new two D/A have a combined 178 units, which will generate even more commuter traffic for Parramatta Light Rail, and cars on Pennant Hills Rd/Post Office St/Jenkins Rd. As well there is another huge development on Pennant Hills Rd/Shirley St. This small area in Carlingford is saturated already with high rise. I do not agree with this D/A.
