I live in the neighbourhood, I am not affiliated with the Noble Hops (although I do like going there). Increasing outdoor dining in the area would increase local amenity - as seen in the recent city streets festival, Redfern is at its best when locals can gather together. The proposal to relocate the bike racks (which are rarely used) appears to be a very sensible proposal.
