Environmental impact - Demolition of existing structures and construction of a two storey house - modification seeking to be exempt from two conditions which are not applicable to our project: 1. Condition #9 – Noise Management Plan – We are building a small residential dwelling. Our house is already demolished, and hence this condition is not applicable. 2. Condition #17 – Traffic Management Plan – This condition relates to protection of public places. We live in an internal road in a 50 zone speed limit. There are no schools or bus routes on our street, therefore NA - 42 Rowley St Pendle Hill NSW 2145
