You must be kidding - more home units in Carlingford!!! This will add to existing overcrowding in this area. The streets in the local area are a nightmare - cars parking in local streets cause havoc - not to mention the appalling state of the roads and traffic chaos generally. When will the NSW Government and Parramatta Council wake up to the fact that everyone has had enough of this overdevelopment of Carlingford

To continue to overpopulate the area without improving infrastructure is a monumental failure of both City of Parramatta Council and the NSW Government. Anyone with half a brain would require the developers to fund the required infrastructure (e.g. a car park at Carlingford Station, fund an extension of the light rail to Epping, resuming property to widen roads etc). Instead we, as residents of Carlingford, are subject to lower and lower conditions of living, while the council and government line their pockets and kick the problem further down the road. Carlingford is also becoming a suburb primarily comprised of people born overseas from one particular country. So much for multi-culturalism!
it is terrible decision overpopulating the area which is already overcrowded. Hardly we see any infrastructure upgrade compared to the NSW govt & Parramatta council's eagerness to generate revenue at the cost of local residents. Terrible.
Hi please send submissions directly to Parramatta City Council as per https://www.cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au/development/submissions .You can do that by emailing council@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au & mentioning the DA reference in the subject and the body of the email. This is because Parramatta City Council does not consider submissions that are sent via PlanningAlerts.
