Hi ya this development has no green space in a recognised heat sink. No customer parking in a recognised area of parking stress. This is a over development for the area which remains majority dwellings that would be materially affected by noise that the development design defines would effect. Best practice is that roller doors to be closed if noise making machines are in use. Will this be part of the the DA application /approval
