I object to the subdivision of Tresillian.

It is not good that all over nsw heritage is being destroyed. The subdivision of 2-6 second avenue will result in a change in ambience of the neighbourhood. The landmark building should stand out and be celebrated for its history rather than be hidden away. Chopping up the block to put on houses is disrespectful to its history.

The heritage building is tall. Homes built around it will be overshadowed and provide overshadowing to neighbours. Homes will become mouldy and electricity consumption will rise. We need natural sunlight for health, wellbeing and enjoyment of land.
