It's not clear what is wrong with this tree.
Just because a property owner does not want the tree is not enough reason to kill/remove it.
Too many applications in the last week of at least 25 tree removals that I've seen. It really is appalling and worrying. It takes away from the pride of the neighbourhood as being a green area and also it will accelerate the urban heat effect.
