This is an attempt to remove the hard won protection of resident neighbours. An increase in noise from this pub will make neighbouring residences uninhabitable and set a dangerous precedent affecting all residences in close proximity to pubs in NSW. I strongly object to this application.

I previously lived a couple of streets away and it is an idyllic area.
Allowing the previously prohibited "Speakers and music within the outdoor areas, as well as prohibiting indoor speakers from being oriented towards the outdoor areas" will destroy the ambience for the local residents.
I personally am a big supporter of live music and like many who live in the area, work in the arts.
But we need to work with neighbours and not make it so they can't enjoy being in their own homes due to excessive noise levels, which are easily preventable.
