As neighbours to this property we are still wondering when we will see any information on this......... The proposed structure will directly impact out property so still surprised we have seen nothing on it.
Dilapidation by neglect. Seems the way to get a new house is to do nothing to the old and let the elements take their course. A similar proposal was rejected some time ago, this one should too. A three level house to replace a one level seems a bit excessive to me. A council decision should be to remediate and renovate the old and reject this DA.
