I strongly oppose this ridiculous [over]development. I am fuming as we're losing our Camberwell charm due to all the UGLY McMansions and multi storied building monstrosities . Time to put an end to this now.

My concern is car parking. The site is opposite a Woolworths and residents will be forced to park there and also clog up Cooloongatta Road.

Car parking is a huge unaddressed issue. Developers apply for a reduction in car parking. And it is granted. No matter how much ratepayers/residents object overdevelopment is running riot in Booroondara. VCAT approves all of this.
