There are a total of 12 bedrooms in this complex & quite possibly at least 12 parking spaces would needed, maybe more if couples reside in each bedroom. A total of only 4 car spaces have been allocated (plus 1 visitors) for the whole complex. That is most definitely not enough.
Where will all the extra cars park as this a very busy thoroughfare street with next to no side street parking as is.

More parking needs to be allocated to this development, 5 spaces are nowhere near enough! Also please consider some building setbacks for this residential area. The street is turning into concrete blocks right up to the boundaries with no space left for trees or landscaping.
Must be joking! How can this get through following the debacle about the road option in the area, the traffic congestion, the total lack of parking, poor community consultation. 5 parks!!!!
Very bad joke.
Given the mess that the trams make to parking along their perimeter, this development will help turn Koala Park into a dead stop bottleneck as traffic avoids the tram line. Makes you wonder how much the Planning Committee actually gets out and looks at the situation on the ground, rather than just on their maps!
Adjacent to this property is another medium density development which is close to completion and occupation. That development also has carpark shortages and the neighbourhood is yet to feel the overflow parking issues from that property alone. With these two medium density properties next to each other, there could realistically be 12-24 additional cars permanently parked in our quiet, narrow neighbouring streets (Tawarri Crescent and Djerral Ave), and this no. excludes occupants' visitors. These streets are not designed to be carparks or thoroughfares. They and are currently enjoyed by families with young children sharing the road space and more cars in the area is also a safety risk.
During spring and summer weekends there is zero parking in the streets surrounding this development in any event, due to visitors to the creek.
There simply is nowhere for all the occupants' and their visitors' cars to be parked.
When is the building approval process gong to consider our environment and the neighbouring community?
Clearly not enough car parks. This is a common problem in a lot of new developments. This area is already very congested!!
Minimum of 1 car park per bedroom
