Here goes the transparency out of the window. No documents related to these two construction certificates CC-2022/143 and CC-2022/144 for this development at 9-11 Centennial Avenue Chatswood have still been uploaded by the Council on its website.
I was promised by the Council via their email dated 5 July 22 that the Council is reviewing the construction certificate documents and data entry will be done after that. It has been full three weeks and nothing has been done yet.
While the Council is taking itβs time in making the documents related to these two construction certificates for this development, we have just been notified by the developer that work on this development will commence on 28 July 22.
