The proposal equates to 12 bedrooms which is intensive for the site. Does the amount of onsite parking proposed allow for 12 cars?

These duplexes should only be allowed if they utilise the entire lot - with a basement parking and turntable or turning circle so that vehicles can exit in a forwards motion. I have almost been hit by a car backing out onto this road by the intersection and this is an area of high pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

No on street parking for a 12 bedroom development with a bus stop in front on the lot,
Risk of injury for commuters waiting / embarking / disembarking the bus where a driveway will be positioned wide enough to accommodate 2 car widths.
