Our primary concern is the noise from the venue affecting local residents. As we live across the street, the roof terrace and its hours of operation will be a material concern for us and we respectfully ask that you ensure the external area is not permitted to be used beyond a reasonable hour. We have had many issues with pubs and clubs and their trading hours in the past creating a lot of noise and disturbances and this appears to have the same capacity.
