The Council had rejected the Application for it's Over Development, not consistent with Residential Character of the area, impact on area and built form. The Developer is going to Appeal to VCAT. Need to mobilise objections to VCAT. Similar proposed development in Glencairn Ave was rejected by both Council and VCAT
