I believe a building of 6 or 7 stories and approximately 50 flats is totally out of character for this quiet area. How unpleasant and overcrowded it will make the area. I wish the council would reconsider allowing it and limit flats to 3 stories.

How farical "6 or 7"! Of course it will be 7 but later "modified" to more. It's the standard thing now. Adjacent to us was 3, then 5 then 7 now 12 floors.
