Requesting to extend the approved cabana within the existing pool enclosure. The above DA included a cabana with toilet facilities, located to the south of the pool enclosure west of the property. It is proposed to increase the cabana to the east so as to provide an undercover pool lounging area. The proposed impact is minimal and has been extensively discussed with the neighbour to the south, who had no objections to the proposal.
