The current works have resulted in the street being closed for most of this year (haven't received a single notification regarding this) driveway frequently blocked by workers, no parking for Australia Post and other delivery vehicles so lots of deliveries aren't be delivered (no resolution or workaround provided by council), a lot of construction noise early in the morning and late at night, rubbish and the occasional fighting, arguing and profanities from the construction site and in the middle of the street. Will these modifications further exacerbated these impacts? Would be good if council or a planning officer could respond but they haven't so far.
