1. I object to the construction of these 3 properties as this is a way to get around building a youth home and building 3 townhouses on the one property will cause environmental impact, lots of vehicles, noise and waste.

2. I object to building 3 properties on the same lot, will have parking, and noise issues. Specially council approved 20+ bedroom boarding house just opposite to the house, without considering parking, noise and ignored residents concerns.
