Section 4.55(1) Modification to DA/117/2022 for the rectifiication works associated with the as-built alterations and additions to the dwelling. The modification seeks correction of a Council Error in Condition 13 of the Consent which states, " Prior to the issue of a Construction Certificate, a Building Information Certificate for the unauthorised works on the site is to be submitted and approved by Council." This should read "prior to the issue of an Occupation Certificate."
