My name is Paul Mathewson and i am the caretaker with a letting agreement for Surfers Beach Resort One at 199-201 Surf Parade
Previously my understanding was there was a development "Chalk" approved for 203-211 Surf Parade
I gather there is an application now before council to change that development
Past correspondence will note i have grave concerns over using the easement as an access for the build
An approval would dramatically impact 12 of the apartments as they face north and would be a massive impediment to the well being of the residents. I am certain there are other viable options available as there are 4 boundaries to the land
Also any gantry built on the easement would impact the pool at SBR1
I implore you before making any judgement on this application you come and view what is proposed
