Hi. As a neighbour to this property I'm curious to know as to what's happening on this property presently. I've received no alerts or correspondence notifying me of severe earthworks going on from early morning to late evening. As a common courtesy I would've thought whomever is developing would've notified residents.

Any information would be appreciated.

Hey Brett... They are doing a subdivision connecting to the estate out the back.. House with power lines was sold as well and will be a part of the works. I live next door the the block with the power lines. If the developers aren't interested in buying your block they don't care about you. As long as they get council approval they just start.. Sick of hearing the back of the tip trucks slam.. Nearly sounds like a gun going off all the time...
