More reduced parking allowance in an already overcrowded area?! Will also destroy the natural light coming into the building at 7 Montrose street blocking the views entirely of the poor residents in that building. Will also block the natural light and views of the residents in the building at 10 Lilydale Grove. Another example of a developer overcrowding the area out of greed. The council needs to block this one and show that they care about the residents of this area
