Hi Gold Coast City Council - this building is too tall for a beachfront position. It is also too tall for under 600 sqm. It shouldnt be approved as it souldnt meet reasonable standards. Same as 2 First Avenue. They are just too big for beachfront and ruin it for everyone else, not just for views, but because it creates different wind patters, shadows, cars. Save our city.
