Hi my name Mike Newton of unit 42 of the same block.
My submission is a positive one.
On the 22/2/2022 the complex had the AGM. There were 28 in attendance. One of the motions was to confirm Awnings installations. The vote was 26 For, 1 against and 1 abstain. The owner of unit 23 has abided by the Bylaw 6 . My wife and I are happy for this application to go forward.
