Why does council allow for all this development, it is excessive and all for money. They should be held accountable instead of being a law to themselves.

753 Pacific Highway and 15 Ellis Street, Chatswood:
This proposal has been approved by Willoughby Council as rezoned Mixed Use B4. It is located within the enlarged Chatswood CBD boundary, which extends to Mowbray Road (including the Metro Dive site).
Other approved planning proposals include the Payless and Midas sites, 629-639 Pacific Highway. WCC wants to keep the central core of Chatswood CBD for offices and not residential.
