Section 96(2) modification of the approved development to amend Condition 2 (Hours of Operation - Sensitive Uses) of the consent to permit the extended hours of operation for the existing gym, Fitness First, to continue. The existing extended hours of operation are 6.00am to 8.00am Mondays to Fridays and 7.00am to 8.00am Saturdays. The existing base hours of operation are 8.00am to 10.00pm Mondays to Wednesdays, 8.00am to 9.00pm Thursdays to Fridays, 8.00am to 7.00pm Saturdays to Sundays. No changes to use nor any new works are proposed.
