- RENOTIFICATION of amended drawings and amended hours of operation. Alterations and additions to the Courthouse Hotel at 189 Oxford Street and the adjoining building at 379-379A Bourke Street, including internal and external works to modify and internally connect the two buildings. The proposal also seeks to change the use of the building at 379-379A Bourke Street to a pub with an external first floor terrace, and level 2 of the Courthouse Hotel to a private function area. The proposed hours of operation of the Courthouse Hotel are 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for the basement, ground, first and third floor levels, 6am to 12am midnight, 7 days per week for the second floor level, and 10am to 10pm, 7 days per week for the second floor level outdoor terrace. The proposed hours of operation of the ground and first floor levels of the building at 379-379A Bourke Street are 6am to 12am midnight, 7 days per week, and 10am to 10pm, 7 days per week for the first floor level outdoor terrace.
