Installation of a temporary windmill structure, landscaping and shed within Rocks Square for use by the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority for low impact exhibitions, entertainmnet, workshops and educational presentations from 12 April to 12 May, 2013. Proposed hours of operation are 10.00 am to 10.00 pm, seven days a week. Proposed hours of construction, for approximately eight working days, and de-construction, for approximately three working days, are 6.00 am to 7.00 pm Monday to Friday.
