The request for reduction of carparking for any new development should not be allowed. Street parking is already at a premium along Glenhuntly Road and accessibility should not be compromised with development.

Car parking space should not be reduced as it adds to further congestion in the area.

Any significant residential or business facility in Glenhuntly road will require living/ parking space.
Most would incorporate parking space on the property. An underground car park is what comes to mind.
