I own and reside at a unit in this building.
Myself and other residents object to it being an Air B&B.
The owner has been operating this illegally for years now and we are sick of strangers coming in and out of our security building that he has supplied the code for.
The code never changes so these strangers can access our units in 6 months time and break in. It is a security breach!

He has been running this as an air bnb for years now and I am sick of the noise and I am an old lady who lives here.
There are dodgy people with the security code. Please no more.

Just been made aware of illegal operation.
Thank God I can speak out now and hopefully stop this permit.
Full objection from myself and other tenants.

I have resided in the premises for many years and was not aware until now that illegal activities were going on and I would like to put a stop to them please.
The owner of unit 1, Mike, is never around to express my concerns of the frequent visitors and parties to his unit.
I would like this activity to cease immediately.
Thank you kindly.

I thought it was illegal what he has been doing and I thank the neighbour who alerted us all to this.
Definately no, he should be stopped and not approved for what he has already been doing.
Too much noise and not good for security with unknown people entering the premises.

Has been used with no permit since September 2019!
Fully booked with no permit until late next year!

This is a residential building with owners and full-time tenants.
It is not a holiday complex!

As a resident of the complex it is concerning that many individuals are gaining access to the complex premises and garage facilities with no permits in place by the unit owner.
Like many other residents I too object to the application.
