There is an entire complex that's not even near finished and plenty of vacant rentals in the area that are still standing. Condensing Caulfield with apartment buildings is not the solution. Instead we need more focus on retail development, more parking and outdoor facilities for the community to enjoy. This suburb will be destroyed if it is treated like box hill.

I would also like to add my concern for these poor developments which are passed off with the excuse as student accomodation. They lower the standard of living by simply enforcing low income earners into unliveable apartments, which are too small and too dark to be enjoyed. Respect your community, respect this suburb. There is no need for this development, it's pure greed.
