Do these changes align with the spirit of the approved plans? How much will these changes increase the job timeline and load on the surrounding roads?
Is more detail available for the gates mentioned, eg what are the pedestrian gates, and where will they be located?

A tree in 'very good health' located 'outside of excavation' is going to be compromised, so the plan is to cut down the mature and unique tree? Why not adjust the plan like every other resident is obliged to do?
