The developers always seem to have the ability to gain that little bit extra. A three bedroom apartment at the top of the building will be VERY advantageous, lucrative
even ! It will be ‘ the penthouse ‘ and sold as such !
This was a highly contentious precinct for big developments and the developer still wants more .
