Will the development provide for on site drop-off, stall vehicular parking and is there council proposals to help the additional vehicular traffic movement this development will create?
The parking assessment states "Approximately 8m wide carriageway facilitating two-way traffic flow and kerbside parking on both sides of the road". Have they actually assessed the road during school zone pick up and drop off? It is impossible to facilitate a two way traffic flow. Moreover there is a family daycare literally next door at 17 Tracey Avenue.
Murray Farm road per parking assessment states "Approximately 9m wide carriageway facilitating two-way traffic flow and kerbside parking on both sides of the road". Again if cars parked on both sides of the street with the Medical Centre, it is congested and does not allow two way traffic flow.

No parking during the school zone times on one side of these narrow roads to allow traffic to flow, only one car on opposite side of the road will cause a bottle neck. Come on Parramatta council sort out the traffic before any more development take place in this area. Bob…
