There are quite a few residential Towers in the vicinity and while I support 24 hour night life for Sydney I think the outdoor entertainment areas should be restricted to 10pm every night...possibly 12pm Friday and Saturday night if an acoustic sound limit is in place.
Perhaps this sound limit needs to be in place every night from 9pm onwards
I note a new residential tower under construction now immediately beside the proposed residence so if planners are encouraging residential in the area they need to make sure there are no conflicts going forward . Last think we want is the premises blasting music and patrons screaming 24 /7 ....need both residential and commercial to co exist and it can with good planning outcomes with strict restrictions
