In regards to the proposed village I have the following comments.
1 I am very much in favour of this Halcyon project
2 please ensure access to this sits is to Steggals road.
3 any access to bunya rd would be disastrous. The intersection of Brandons road and BUNYA RD IS a Main Road Dept road and I believe that traffic lights may be needed. The trees in that area are hundreds of years old and that area floods regularly.
