There is too much congestion in traffic in this part of Excelsior Ave already. It is dangerous at times with parked cars on both sides of the street. This site is within 100 meters of an existing preschool and with the traffic coming & going from there & the Heath Clinic next door, it will create further danger to pedestrians & cars on the road.
Within 1km radius there’s in excess of 12 preschools/daycares and as a local resident I really question the need for another one.
The noise to the immediate neighbors will be excessive from cars arriving to pick up & drop off and the children during the day. This part of excelsior Ave is not an appropriate location.
