I wholly support this proposal. Dulwich Hill is exploding with life, and more shops and residences are sorely needed. This proposed development is on a main road, with several bus routes, and is a short walk from both light rail and trains. There could be no better spot for this

I support this development. With the increased foot traffic that such developments bring and light of recent traffic incidents there should be some consideration given to lowering the speed limit on New Canterbury Road. The area is becoming more populated and vibrant but the 60kph speed limit is holding Dulwich Hill back from its full potential by deterring pedestrians etc.

These types of developments should be mandated to have at least 25% public housing. These apartments will sell for millions, hardly ideal. Is there parking at all? There should be 1 x spot for each apartment at the very least.

This should only go ahead if there is a significant number of dwellings dedicated to affordable or public housing. The community needs more of this, less opportunities for property investors to swoop in and contribute to increasingly high rents in this area.
