What a disaster, our suburbs are being decimated by developers who are rubbing their hands with profits while destroying the environment. 3 concrete boxes replacing green open space, oh dear..... When will this insanity end?

I just had a look at this block size and the SA Planning and Design Code.
The Planning and Design Code for the General Neighbourhood zone stipulates that the Minimum site/allotment area per Row dwelling is 250m2, so the block needs to be 750m2 minimum.
This block falls well under at only 710m2. If this is allowed, whats the point in the code? Only 2 are allowed on this block.
I agree with Mal's comment. How can we have confidence in our planning system when the (recently introduced) Planning Code's minimum dimensions are routinely ignored?
Welcome to the concrete jungle where authorities routinely allow development by those who have no intention of residing where they build. Routinely paying lip service to the greening of Adelaide whilst they demolish one house and replace with multiple dwellings. This is purely about money to the detriment of existing neighbours and the community.
I totally agree with the comment made by Kathy F
