Yumi foods has shown no respect for the community so far with odour control and this should not be allowed.

This company has already been using this site for this process without consent and the rancid smell we have been dealing with living across the street has been unbearable, and when I walk down the street and get closer I literally have to hold my breath

I am completely opposed to this application. I do not trust that the business will do the right thing. They have disregarded rules and regulations previously even after receiving corrective notices to do so. I live 2 streets away from these premises and the odours that can only described as rotting stench of carcass, wafted to my house. It was so appalling for weeks at a time, that I could not air my house as my windows and doors needed to be kept closed. The closer you got to the premises, the stronger the stench.

I don't believe our community owes them any further opportunities and how many times does Council really expect us to reject these applications. You can take my comments and opposition and attach them to every single future application they submit.
