Is there any consideration by council to limit the amount of sun divisions in the area? Of the 6 planning alerts today - all are for 2 or 3 lot sub divisions. It’s actually becoming a joke. The area will become even more congested. It’s not sustainable to just allow every home block to be subdivided is it?
