We have sought to reduce building mass, decrease footprint, increase outdoor space, reduce amenity impact (shadows), and propose something quieter, more subtle and sympathetic to the street, while celebrating and better utilising the corner it sits on. We see this as an improvement on every quantifiable measure to what was previously approved.
