I agree with Jenny who ever approved an 800 square meter block is suitable for a high rise. The plan that has allowed this to happen will now allowed any resident in Broadbeach or in the post code 4218 to remove all there green trees and build roof space to their boundaries across their block of land as the rules will contradict the councils disapproval’s
